The villa has a spacious living room with open kitchen.
Up to 9 available bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, air conditioning, spacious wardrobes and a full bathroom en suite.
There is also a room with sports equipment, a table tennis table and a pool table.
Outside there is a volleyball court.
In addition, you can use the available washing and drying machine plus an ironing board and ironing steam machine.
There is plenty of parking space on site.

You really have a very beautiful view and everything you could wish for is super close. You can BBqen or cook super tasty, this kitchen has all the equipment.

We came to Curaçao for the first time in 2005 and immediately fell in love with the island.

For this reason, we bought land in the popular Jan Thiel district in 2008, where we built our house over the years. We started with the "C-Apartment" on the ground floor, where we lived ourselves. The tropical swimming pool with waterfall and sandy beach was then constructed.

Prices are excl. 7% local tax
Incl. bed & bath linen
Incl. water and electricity consumption (electricity max. 135 kWh per day. Above that, € 0.55 per kWh will be charged to you)
Intermediate cleaning € 250.00 per time (mandatory for stays longer than 7 nights)
Final cleaning € 500.00 (mandatory)
Shopping: € 45.00 (optional, excluding the price for groceries)
Deposit € 1,250.00
Payment term: 25% upon reservation and remainder 8 weeks before arrival date
The guest can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. The guest pays 25% of the total price if he/she cancels within 30 days of arrival. If the guest does not show up, he/she will pay the total price of the reservation.
