Due to its unique location, this holiday home has a beautiful view over the salt pans of Jan Thiel and the Caribbean Sea, which makes it an excellent location for an unforgettable holiday with sun and sea and a perfect choice for anyone looking for relaxation, effort and entertainment near the water and in the sun. Both the holiday home and the island of Curaçao are very child-friendly.

My name is Robert and together with my wife and children we live in the Netherlands. My wife and I were born on Curacao! This is our home that we also want our guests to enjoy! Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
