The villa has a private swimming pool with outdoor shower. Due to the high location of the house, you can see the sea in the distance from the tropical garden with sunset in the evening.
In a few minutes' walk, you can reach the cozy beach bars and restaurants of Jan Thiel. In the neighborhood people walk and cycle in the morning and evening and this is exceptional on the island. The gym is within walking distance and various other activities such as beach tennis, diving, yoga, snorkeling, supping, mtb and of course swimming.
The modern and luxurious living room is very attractively decorated with Eric Kuster furniture. The villa has an open kitchen with luxury appliances, such as a spacious SMEG fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine and Nespresso.
The villa has 2 wings so that you experience privacy and at the same time it is cozy because of the living area in the middle. A very spacious master suite with a desk and there is a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. In addition, there are two further bedrooms. One bedroom with a double bed and one with a double bed which can also be adapted to 2 single beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with a Smart TV (no Dutch channels).
Outside on the veranda there is plenty of space, a spacious dining table for 8 people, 2 sunbeds and a lounge area to enjoy the Caribbean atmosphere.
Under the villa is an apartment with its own entrance, which is NOT inhabited. This does not affect your privacy at all.
