Our luxurious and comfortable family Villa Blue Breeze is located on this sun-drenched island, just a stone's throw from the beautiful Jan Thiel beach with all its facilities. The villa for up to 7 people is equipped with every luxury for a carefree and relaxing holiday.

The villa has a large swimming pool with outdoor shower and a cozy shaded palapa for the afternoon cocktail. Beach, sea, restaurants and supermarket are a 5-minute walk away. We will also provide you with all the necessary information to get the most out of your stay in Curaçao. Watch the video for an impression of the house!

Parking is available on site. The car🚘 an SUV (Hyundai Tucson Ix35), which comfortably accommodates 5 people. This can be used at a very attractive rate.

We (Gabri, Adrian and Wout) have bought this house as a holiday home. We have been coming to this island since 1998. The wonderful sun, the sea, the outdoors, eating with your feet in the sand and water sports keeps us returning to the island. We are happy to share our enthusiasm with you. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

General price conditions
- Prices are based on an occupancy of 2 people. For an extra person, 15 euros per night per    person will be charged. 

- The house is available for a maximum of 7 people. 

- Mandatory final cleaning at the end of the rental period (surcharge €150)

- Intermediate cleaning, mandatory for stays longer than 7 days (surcharge €90,-)

The car can be rented at €49 per day. (including insurance all risk)


Payment terms

Upon confirmation, 25% of the rent must be transferred to the bank account mentioned on the confirmation. After receipt of the deposit, the reservation is complete. 8 weeks before departure, the remainder of the rent must be paid. If payment of the final instalment is not made on time, the agreement will lapse by operation of law and without any right to a refund.


Costs of using electricity 

To prevent unnecessary energy waste and because electricity is expensive on the island, our guests receive 5KwH per person per night for free, the remaining use is charged at €0.40 per KwH.

Cancellation
In case of cancellation of the trip by the renter, the following costs will be charged:
1. Cancellation up to 8 weeks before departure: 25% of the rent;
2. Cancellation up to 4 weeks before departure: 75% of the rent;
3. Cancellation up to the day of departure: 90% of the rent;
4. Cancellation on or after the day of arrival: full rent

Arrival and departure
The bungalow is available from 16:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated before 11:00 on the day of departure. If the bungalow is not rented out before or after your rental period, the times mentioned can be postponed in consultation.

Breakage and damage
In case of damage to the bungalow or inventory, this must be reported to the manager. The manager will assess the damage and repair it as soon as possible. Damage due to normal wear and tear on machines is at our expense. Other (breakage) damage is at the expense of tenants. At the end of the rental period, the manager will carry out a complete check-out and, where necessary, report to us about it.
