Welcome to Tropical Villa Royal, a unique luxury villa on Curaçao, located in the very best location on the island: Jan Thiel (Vista Royal). Here you can combine the lively beach life with peace, space and complete privacy. Within a five-minute walk you are on the popular Jan Thiel Beach with its beach clubs, restaurants and supermarket – and yet the villa feels like a private oasis.
Tropical Villa Royal was designed by the renowned architect Durgaram, and that is reflected in every detail. The villa consists of two parts, the living room at the front and sleeping quarters at the back, connected by an elegant open walkway lined with bamboo. Which also immediately creates a warm, tropical atmosphere. The open and bright architecture fits perfectly with the outdoor life that Curaçao is so popular for.

On the high open veranda a breathtaking sea view unfolds. This is the place to relax, enjoy spectacular sunsets or spend long evenings with family and friends. The veranda is generously furnished with comfortable lounge sofas, a hanging chair, an almost 4 meter long dining table and an attractive outdoor bar. Here you can enjoy the view and the island feeling to the fullest.
Through the open walkway you reach the charming courtyard, where the saltwater pool is located. In the pool, you can sit on stone stools at the pool bar, perfect for a cooling drink. In addition, there is an outdoor shower, a large U-shaped lounge sofa and a separate seating area with table and chairs. The tropical plants all around provide a lot of privacy and a serene atmosphere.

Thanks to the many windows and sliding doors, the trade wind blows wonderfully through the house and the inside and outside flow effortlessly into each other. There are nice (shady) places everywhere in and around the villa to lounge, have a drink or just enjoy.

The villa is located in the luxurious, secure residential area of Vista Royal, one of the most popular locations in Curaçao. Within walking distance you will find Jan Thiel Beach, Van der Tweel supermarket, beach clubs, restaurants, spa, gym and the famous salt pans of Jan Thiel. The Spanish Water, with various water sports and cozy restaurants, is also nearby.
In the immediate vicinity you can snorkel, dive, freedive, kite surf, windsurf, sup, kayak, sail, jet ski, deep sea fishing and wakeboarding. In addition, running, trail running, hiking, mountain biking, cycling, yoga, pilates, tennis and padel are all within easy reach.
You can easily discover the entire island by car. Curaçao offers a perfect mix of beautiful beaches, relaxation, nature, culinary hotspots and – for those who want – lively nightlife, all within a short distance.
