You are in a Florida Keys type environment with a beautiful tropical garden. It is a beautiful and quiet resort that is very close to the beautiful beach of Jan Thiel and Mambo Beach.
- The first floor is on the first floor and is very spacious with a comfortable living room, smart TV and WiFi.
- The kitchen is very large and has all the amenities you ask for.
- The large fridge and freezer also offer you cold drinkable water, ice cubes and crushed ice.
- On the first floor is also the master bedroom and the second bedroom.
- The master has an ensuite large walk-in closet and a large fully renovated bathroom.
- The second bathroom has also been renovated and on this floor.
- The deck overlooks the beautiful tropical garden, the pool and the harbor is also accessible from the first floor of the apartment.
- The second floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a large closet.
- All areas including the living room/kitchen are air-conditioned.
The penthouse is located in a gated community. Our landlord will open the gate for you upon arrival. You will receive your own keys at check-in.
Deposit and energy consumption
- A security deposit of USD 350 is required for excessive energy consumption, any additional cleaning if applicable or possible damage,
Energy and water consumption
- The rental rate includes 5 kWh per person per day for standard energy consumption. Overconsumption is charged at $0.60 per kWh. Water consumption is included.
- Meter readings are taken at both check-in and check-out to accurately determine energy consumption.
Extra cleaning services
- An intermediate cleaning ($90) is mandatory for stays of more than seven nights.
- Additional cleaning costs due to factors such as leaving the BBQ dirty, smoking inside or leaving the accommodation excessively messy will also be deducted from the security deposit.
Refund Process
The remaining security deposit will be refunded within 14 working days of check-out upon completion of an inspection by our cleaning staff to assess any damage and calculate charges for excess energy consumption and interim cleaning.
