Our penthouse is brand new, luxuriously furnished and fully equipped, just as we like it on holiday. It is perfect for a stay as a couple, with family or friends.

Put on your flip-flops and splash in the fine pool, rinse off under the outdoor shower and relax with a cold drink under the sun. You also have your own private parking space, which is very convenient!
The location
You will stay in the popular Jan Thiel, near Jan Thiel Beach with trendy beach clubs, cozy restaurants and shops. Mambo Beach is also close by (6.7 km) and the airport can be reached in about 25 minutes (17 km away).

Service costs
- Final cleaning € 100 (mandatory)
- Interim cleaning € 50 (for stays longer than 8 days)
- Deposit payment of € 350
The price includes 0.5 m3 of water per day and 20 kWh of electricity. This is more than enough for normal use for 4 people (air conditioning use during the nights). The meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out. If you use more, we charge € 9 per m3 of water and € 0.45 per kWh. This will then be deducted from the deposit.
House rules
- Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00
- Check-out until 11:00 am (late check-out in consultation)
- The minimum age to check in is 24 years old
- Smoking is not allowed
- (Bachelor) parties / gatherings are not allowed
- It must be quiet between 22:00 and 07:00
- Pets are not allowed
