Néla Penthouse Jan Thiel is a new-build penthouse apartment on a small-scale secured resort consisting of 16 apartments. The resort is located in the famous Jan Thiel area, a 3-minute drive from the beach. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a king size bed and a smart TV.

The living room has a luxurious open kitchen with built-in appliances and a cooking island. There is also air conditioning in the living room. In addition, the house has a large balcony that is connected to the living room through a wide sliding door. By fully opening the sliding door, the living room turns into a large open space, allowing you to experience a spacious feeling and optimally enjoy the tropical climate. The high ceilings in the home greatly enhance the spacious feeling.

At the rear of the house you have a beautiful view of the Salt Pans of Curaçao.

Mambo Beach is 5 minutes away from Jan Thiel, one of the most popular beaches on the island. It offers an extensive sandy beach, trendy beach clubs, restaurants and shops. It is a lively place where you can enjoy the sunset, drink cocktails and dance. The salt pans of Jan Thiel are also interesting to visit because of the flamingos that can often be seen there and the opportunity to take a lovely walk in the nature.

We are Juan & Naomi and we have been renting out holiday homes on Curaçao since 2021. In 2023 we became the owner of a new-build apartment in Jan Thiel, which is now for rent.

Deposit
We charge a deposit of €250.
The costs of water and electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy for this property includes a full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the planned arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the booking, but more than 7 days before the arrival, you will receive a 50 percent refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date, there will be no refund.
