Penthouse Jan Thiel is a newly built penthouse apartment on a small-scale secure resort consisting of 16 apartments. The resort is located in the famous Jan Thiel area, a 3-minute drive from the beach. The house has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a king-size bed and a smart TV.

The living room has a luxurious open kitchen with built-in appliances and a cooking island. There is also air conditioning in the living room. In addition, the house has a large balcony that is connected to the living room by means of a wide sliding door. By fully opening the sliding door, the living room turns into a large open space, so you experience a spacious feeling and enjoy the tropical climate to the fullest. The high ceilings in the house greatly enhance the feeling of spaciousness.

At the rear of the house you have a beautiful view of the Salt Pans of Curaçao.

Jan Thiel is located in the eastern part of the island. Jan Thiel is a beautiful location on Curaçao, known for its white sandy beaches and clear blue waters. The area offers various activities and attractions for vacationers. The beach at Jan Thiel, Papagayo Beach, is a popular spot with several restaurants, bars and shops. At 5 minutes from Jan Thiel is Mambo Beach, one of the most popular beaches on the island offers a vast sandy beach, trendy beach clubs, restaurants and shops. It is a lively place where you can enjoy the sunset, drink cocktails and dance. The salt pans of Jan Thiel are also interesting to visit because of the flamingos that can often be seen there and the opportunity to walk in nature.

Nearby there are also several restaurants serving local and international cuisines, as well as shops and supermarkets for all your needs. In short, Jan Thiel offers a mix of relaxation, nature and fun activities for an unforgettable holiday.

We have been renting out holiday homes on Curaçao since 2021. In 2023 we became the owner of a newly built apartment in Jan Thiel, which is now for rent.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Deposit
We charge a deposit of €250.
The costs of water and electricity consumption will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation policy
The cancellation policy for this property includes a full refund if you cancel up to 30 days before your scheduled arrival date.
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before the planned arrival date, you will receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before the booking, but more than 7 days before the arrival, you will receive a 50 percent refund. If you cancel within 7 days of the arrival date, there will be no refund.
