Our 6-8 person villa LUMA is located high on the mountain of Cas Grandi, so there is always a lovely breeze. No crowds, no resort but a sparkling and nice private stay. The ideal place for ultimate relaxation where you will experience the real island feeling.
Due to the high location of Villa LUMA Curaçao, you will always enjoy a wonderful breeze and a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. Relax by the private pool and sit back under the large palapa. The bright living room and spacious open kitchen flow seamlessly into the large terrace surrounding the villa. Villa LUMA has space, light and is not just a holiday home; It is a villa with character, it is atmosphere... It's a feeling.

Centrally located: The Jan Thiel district is a 3-4 minute drive away and Mambo Beach and Willemstad are about 10 minutes away. In short, you can be on the beach in no time. Around the corner from Villa Luma you will find the new shopping center 'LXRY Mall' where you will find a large supermarket and delicious breakfast or lunch at Ornella (tip!)
At the pool you will find a lovely porch, where you can have lunch or breakfast in the shade. Or maybe you want to eat together under our XL palapa, including BBQ?
Both at the front and the back of Villa LUMA you have the beautiful view. (even if you are under the outdoor shower ;-) ) Turn your beach bed with the sun and dream away in this lovely tropical garden.
The living room is bright and has many windows and doors that you can open. Via a staircase of 2 steps you walk into the round, spacious open kitchen where you can of course find everything in terms of crockery, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, etc. Next to the kitchen there is a room with a washing machine.
We have 3 spacious bedrooms with exclusive box spring beds and air conditioning.
The house is suitable for 6 people. (three bedrooms). It is possible to make an extra reservation for 2 people. 1 bedroom has an extra double bed. (no box spring). This option is only available on request.
2 bathrooms with sink, toilet and shower.
1 additional guest toilet.

Villa LUMA is 'Soft Chic and Characteristic'. A sublime combination for maximum enjoyment and experience. Luma can be described as: A touch of Boho, a good touch of Caribbean Beach and Retro accents, this creates a unique atmosphere.
This beautiful residence is only 200 meters from the supermarket and the brand new shopping center LXRY Mall is around the corner, at the bottom of the mountain of Cas Grandi. Jan Thiel Beach is 7-8 min drive. You can reach Mambo Beach and Willemstad within 10 -12 minutes.
The property has one spacious parking space. Villa Luma is closed with an (electric) gate.
Under the villa is a small one-person studio. This is where our co-host Quinten partly stays. Very handy for all your questions. This space has its own entrance and is not further connected to the villa. The swimming pool and garden are also only accessible to the guests of the villa.

Electricity and water are pricey on the island. That is why we ask you to be smart about this. Especially extreme use of the air conditioners can increase the costs quite a bit.
Nightly prices include:
10 kWh of electricity per day per person, this is usually more than enough. In case of additional consumption, € 0.50 per kWh of electricity will be charged.
For stays of 14 nights or longer, an intermediate cleaning is
