After a thorough renovation in 2024 of the apartments, swimming pool and pool deck, the mini resort consists of 3 independent apartments that are fully equipped;

This apartment (Dushi) is 60m2 and has a living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is a bit smaller and adjacent to the other and 1 bathroom.

The covered terrace overlooks the pool and a green valley. You can sit there and you have a lot of privacy. This apartment also has its own driveway for your car.

In August 2023 we moved to Curacao as a family (me, my husband and our 2 children). Our big dream was to buy a mini resort with several apartments. After a short search, we succeeded and we have been the owners of Mini resort Kaya Verdi since last year.

Since the resort could use some extra love, we did a thorough renovation in 2024, and we modernized and refreshed it. Now we can welcome all our guests with a big smile.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 30 days before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
