The quiet village of Nova Vas is located 5 km from Porec and is easily accessible by car. The nearest beach is 6 km away. Supermarket, cafe, post office and church within 5 minutes walking distance from the house. Rental only to families (maximum 6 people).

On arrival we require the passport details of all guests so that you can be checked in with the local authorities. This is required by law and also in your interest in the event of an emergency. We take care of the tourist tax.
