1. Reservation

1.1 Reservation order and payments

Each reservation order is confirmed by the owner by means of a confirmation by e-mail.

A deposit of 50% must be paid within 7 days of receipt of this confirmation. The remainder of the rent (including deposit) must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the rental period. When booking within these 30 days, you must pay the total rent (including deposit).

In case of late payment, the owner is entitled to cancel the reserved holiday home.

2. Cancellation

2.1 Cooling-off period

You can cancel any reservation free of charge within 3 days from the reservation date. You can make your cancellation known by phone or e-mail.

In case of cancellation after these 3 days, the cancellation policy will remain in full force.

When booking within 30 days before the start of the rental period, this cooling-off period is not in force and the cancellation conditions as described in article 2.2 apply

2.2 Cancellation by tenant

Cancellation within 3 days of booking is free of charge.

If cancelled after 3 days, the following cancellation conditions apply:

- In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the rental period, the full deposit will be refunded.

- In case of cancellation between 60 and 30 days, the deposit will not be refunded.

- In case of cancellation less than 30 days before the start, the full rental price must be paid.

2.3 Cancellation by the owner

If any circumstance forces the owner to cancel the already rented holiday home, the tenant will be notified immediately and, if possible, offered an alternative. If the tenant does not accept this alternative, or if the owner is unable to offer an alternative, he will immediately refund the amount already paid by the tenant. The tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim this amount.
