This is a spacious apartment on the top floor of a beautiful country house in the Ardennes.
We (Ivana and Daan) have dreamed for years of a quiet place in nature where people can feel at home. During your stay, we live on the ground floor.
That is Joli (beautiful) Doma (home).
Here you can relax from everyday life in connection with nature. You come here for your peace and contact with nature.
In the neighborhood you can enjoy fantastic hiking, cycling, visiting small villages. We live on the outskirts of a village where you have all the basic facilities. We maintain our garden completely organically and we apply permaculture principles where possible.
In our house live a dog and cat, of course they do not visit the apartment.
We live 5 minutes walk from the forest. There are no large cities in the area; only small villages and large areas of forest. There are walking routes through nature in almost every village in the area.
The landscape here is hilly up to 200 meters (so occasionally a lot of climbing), crisscrossed with rivers.
