Villa Bosrijk is located in Lommel, declared a Flemish walking municipality of 2023-2024. Through the garden you can walk or cycle directly into the woods and enter the Hageven via a forest path.

Villa Bosrijk can accommodate 15 people, spread over 6 bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and full blackout curtains.

On the ground floor you can use 1 bedroom with a view of the garden and the forest. 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, double sink and toilet. 2 bedrooms each have their own sink in the room.
There is a separate bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. A cot is available.

The living room has a spacious dining and sitting area with TV (Netflix) and reading/play area. There is a high chair available. The kitchen is equipped with every comfort such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, mixer and toaster. Cutlery, crockery, cooking pots and pans are all provided. You can use the washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron.

Villa Bosrijk is child-friendly and has a separate play area with a ping pong table and darts. Outside, children can enjoy themselves in the large garden with playhouse, trampoline, goals, go-karts, hammock, ... But also picnics or just romping around in the woods.

The terrace is equipped with a garden table, chairs and BBQ.De house is fully fenced. There is private parking for 6 cars. Bicycles can be stored and charged indoors.

Located between cycling junctions 222 and 225 and at walking junction 84, this is the perfect start for beautiful walking, mountain biking and cycling routes such as cycling through the trees or cycling through the water.

In addition to the Hageven, there are many other nature reserves in the area such as the Lommel Sahara, Hoge Kempen National Park, Pijnvenbos, Klankenbos, Resterheide, Hechtelse dunes, ...

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Charging station for electric cars to be paid on site (paying).

Deposit/deposit of 700 euros (to be paid before the start of the rental period)

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
