Experience an unforgettable stay in Genk! Our town house has been completely renovated and furnished (2022). Ideal for family, friends and pet(s)! Even if you are in Limburg for business, you can certainly relax here in the evening.

The ground floor (street level) consists of an entrance hall, toilet, spacious living room, kitchen and covered terrace. From the living room there is access to a spacious covered terrace.
The upper floor consists of a night hall with storage space, 3 spacious bedrooms with Auping box springs, as well as a spacious bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and shower.
In the basement you will find a laundry room with washing machine, a relaxation room with INFRARED CABINE, TV and Playstation 4 with some games and a spacious garage.
  • Maximum 6 sleeping places: 6 single beds (Auping box springs) on the first floor.
  • A hairdryer is available in the bathroom.
  • WiFi, Netflix, Digital TV and Playstation 4.
  • Bicycles can be stored and charged in the basement
  • Private parking for 3 cars
  • Coffee maker, kettle and Nespresso machine available.
  • Kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave and large refrigerator.

Hygiene and cleanliness are of paramount importance to us. This allows us to guarantee you a carefree stay!

We have a dog ourselves and know how difficult it can be to find accommodation where they are welcome, so with us they certainly are. Since we are located in a city environment with many neighbors, there should be no nuisance, which is why a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per stay.

The house has an ideal location in Genk. Keep in mind that it is located in an urban environment, which results in no 100% privacy in the pleasant, sunny, spacious city garden. You can certainly find the necessary peace and quiet here.

When you step out of the front door, you are in 5 minutes in the city center of Genk where you can enjoy a terrace. Binnengewoon3600 is located just 900m from the station in Genk. Within walking distance you will find the center with many shopping opportunities, the Molenvijverpark (1400 m), De Maten (5600 m), C-mine (3000 m), open-air museum Bokrijk (6000 m), Kattevennen-Cosmodrome (4500 m), La BIOMISTA ( 6300m).

There is also a lot to discover culinary in Genk, we are happy to give you tips!

Would you like a day out without your pet? Please let us know in advance. For 10 euros per pet , he/she will be pampered with us for a whole day.

Explanation of prices

Dear, thank you for your interest in our holiday home Binnengewoon3600.
We will explain the following house rules in advance: the house is suitable for MAXIMUM 6 people, MAXIMUM 2 PETS FREE, more pets on request, subject to a surcharge of 10 EUROS PER PET PER NIGHT. including NORMAL consumption of electricity and water, WiFi, infrared cabin (3 persons). We use a mandatory final cleaning: 120 euros (this is deducted from the deposit). In Genk there is a tourist tax, which is 4.5 euros per person per night (this will also be deducted from your deposit). If you would like an invoice, please let us know. We will transfer the invoice within 7 days after your stay.
The deposit will be refunded to your account within 5 working days after checking when you leave the house.
The house is located in a city environment, ie please respect the neighbors (no noise after 10 pm and before 7 am). If there are violations of the house rules and / or complaints from neighbors / the police are called, you must leave the house IMMEDIATELY and WITHOUT DISCUSSION. Your deposit will be retained in full.
