Right in the triangle of Aachen, Liege and Maastricht, at the crossroads of footpaths and cycle routes, with in the backyard the River Run, surrounded by apple trees and tall old pear trees, lies the old longhouse farm "The Appelgaard".
The Appelgaard is a farmhouse which half of the building (the old cow and pig) have been transformed into a group accommodation with 8 en suite bedrooms, of which two rooms with three beds and 6 rooms with two beds. There is a large cozy living room with fireplace and kitchen is equipped to cook it yourself. The Appelgaard has a south facing terrace which sometimes even mid-winter outdoor good to stay in the limelight.
The Appelgaard has magnificent views over the scenic landscape of Conducting, the terrace adjacent to the ponyweide which can be much played with their heart, and the real water lovers can play in the River Run which lies in the "backyard"!
The Appelgaard has a playroom for the youngest, private parking and an open house for wheeler vehicles.
The Appelgaard is perfect for a weekend away with family or friends, but is also ideal for companies whose staff or want something different than standard accommodations during training weekends, team building days or "days on the moor." We provide for these groups in an additional room that desired can be arranged for example conference room, training room and relaxation room.
By the surrounding nature and the versatility of culinary offerings in the border region, can anyone, for what purpose he also resides in the Appelgaard, programs fill many neat.

Oude Belgische boerderij met prachtig uitzicht en voor bijna iedereen een eigen slaap en badkamer. Wij hebben er een heerlijk weekend gehad. Tips voor de verhuurder, leg wat instructies neer voor de apparaten in huis. Verder een klein minpuntje is de spoorlijn die langs het huis loopt. Voor fietsers, alleen voor ervaren fietsers die gewend zijn om te klimmen. Verderop in de buurt wel goede fietsmogelijkheden. Ook leuk is de grote markt in Luik om te bezoeken .
