Welcome to Seloignes, a charming village in the commune of Momignies, very close to Chimay. This holiday home, carefully designed, welcomes you for a break of relaxation, comfort and conviviality. Whether you come with family, friends or for a stay in the countryside, everything is there to create unforgettable memories.
The house can accommodate up to 12 people thanks to its 5 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with storage, one of which is located on the ground floor. The 6 double beds ensure a comfortable sleep, and the two modern bathrooms, accessible from the common areas, meet everyone's needs with simplicity and functionality.
The heart of the house is a large open plan living room comprising the kitchen, dining room and living room. A bright and warm space, perfect for meeting, cooking, exchanging or simply relaxing. You will find a television, a sound system, and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if something is missing, we adapt to your needs: here, flexibility is part of the welcome.
For your comfort, the accommodation has wifi, a laundry room, and all linen is provided: sheets, towels, etc. Barbecue facilities are also available upon request.
Outside, the calm and space offer you a real breath of fresh air. The land, without vis-à-vis, is ideal for relaxing or sharing convivial moments. The heated jacuzzi, accessible all year round and protected under a glass bubble, promises you unique moments of relaxation, even in the middle of winter. In the evening, the outdoor lighting creates a soft and welcoming atmosphere.
For the pleasure of young and old, you will also find a petanque court, a ping-pong table, and direct access to the forest at the back of the property, perfect for walking, watching the deer or simply breathing. Pets are not allowed, in order to preserve the tranquility of the place and the comfort of all.
The region is full of possibilities: walking or cycling, fishing, discovery of the ponds, local gastronomy, not to mention Chimay, its abbey and its famous Trappist beers. Shops and restaurants are easily accessible by car... or by bike, for a gentle and authentic getaway.
