Our newly built passive dwelling (wood skeleton) was completed in July 2017. Quietly located in a dead end street. We will live there later. Station at 600 m: Trains to Ghent (30 min), Brussels (60 min), Bruges (60 min), Lille (75 min) The house is highly insulated, with active constant air change and thus a pleasant indoor climate. There are 2 bedrooms, spacious living, modern kitchen, bathroom. There is a small patio that is accessible from the living and bedroom. Also a south-facing terrace overlooking the trees of the park. There is also fast wifi and home cinema system. There is a secure bicycle storage and cellar. We live in a hiking and cycling paradise, the Flemish Ardennes, 800 km marked routes. There are walking maps available and we can tip you over the special places of the region.
We live from childbirth in Oudenaarde. We would like to inform you about nature, hiking and cycling in the area. Marc is nature guide and guide to Flemish Ardennes Extra Guide. We also speak French, English, German, Italian and Spanish. We are there to receive and wake you up.

Only renters who have booked through the Micazu booking calendar can write a review. Then we know for certain that the ratings are from tenants who have actually been in the holiday home.
We find reviews very important, both the positive and the negative. When evaluating your stay in a holiday home, we ask that you to take the following guidelines into account:
Reviews should be about the rented holiday home
The most useful reviews are detailed and help others make better decisions. We ask you to simply review the holiday home and leave other things out of the review.
Respect the privacy of others
Do not include email addresses, phone numbers, websites, social media accounts, and similar information from others in your review.
Reviews must be respectful
We expect you to write family friendly reviews.
This is not allowed:
Ratings that do not comply with our guidelines can be removed and will no longer be included in the average grade.
