We would like to welcome you to Bonheur, our new studio in the annex of our house. This studio has a separate entrance for your perfect privacy. Free parking is available on site in front of the studio. Your bicycles can also be placed indoors.
To completely unburden you, we provide beds made on arrival, bath linen and bath products are also included in the price.
We are professional dance teachers.... So learning to dance is also an option!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
