Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.

For water and electricity, a price has been set at €15/day. In the event of additional consumption, this will be deducted from the rental deposit.

The Molsbroek is a nature reserve of about 80 hectares in the Belgian municipality of Lokeren. The Molsbroek is a wetland area with great biodiversity. It is known for its wild waterfowl and swamp plants.

Puyenbroeck is a provincial domain of 510 hectares in the Belgian province of East Flanders, mainly in Wachtebeke, but also partly in Zaffelare and Eksaarde. Entrance to the domain is free. The Bospark is a nature park located about ten minutes from the city center of Lokeren.
