Blue Garden Flemish Ardennes

Villa Blue Garden B&B, is wheelchair friendly, the ground floor is completely barrier-free both inside and outside. There are several outdoor terraces with sitting areas, sun loungers & lounges, surrounded by a beautiful large south-facing garden with seasonal heated outdoor pool, an outdoor shower and open views of the fields & the Raspaille forest. In the garden there are 2 hammocks, a large built-in trampoline and play tower. Something for everyone! There is a private parking for 5 vehicles with camera surveillance, a driveway with camera surveillance for 1 or 2 more vehicles and 2 uncovered bicycle sheds.

Our new building of 500m² has been designed with an eye for detail and decoration in all simplicity. Because of the white façade, the turquoise tones, the open view with beautiful terrace and outdoor pool, the large olive tree,... you immediately get a holiday feeling! There is more than enough comfort! There are 7 toilets, 2 duo jacuzzis with light therapy, 2 showers and 2 duo baths. 

There is underfloor heating, ventilation systems for healthy indoor air, internet everywhere with fast wifi connection. Each room has one or two large smart flat screen TVs so you can enjoy beautiful images and streaming. 

Due to possible allergies, pets are not allowed. It is also forbidden to smoke in the house. Smoking is of course allowed on the various terraces, including on the two private terraces with garden of the guest rooms. 

We are registered with Tourism Flanders and meet the latest and strictest standards in terms of fire safety. For example, we have several emergency exits, fire doors, 20 smoke detectors and optical detectors, 4 push buttons, 3 sirens and a smoke velux that are all connected to a fire control center directly connected to the fire brigade. 

All this with the smallest possible biological footprint such as 20,000L of rainwater to which our taps in the garden, 7 toilets and 2 washing machines are connected. Solar panels and sun-resistant electric screens for the large sliding windows. 


Inside 

Through a large glass pivot door you enter the entrance hall, which leads to an attractive open living space with a view of the terrace, garden and swimming pool. A cozy sitting area with a large smart flat screen TV for beautiful images and music. At the large wooden dining table you can dine with more than 14 people . There are 4 more seats at the large kitchen island.

Also from the open kitchen you have a beautiful view over the large garden with terrace, the outdoor pool, the forest and the fields. A very modern and spacious kitchen with all the necessary comfort and luxury. The focus is on the large kitchen island for socialising with family or friends in the living room, even while cooking. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances: 

• Large induction hob with 5-6 zones
• 1 oven and a microwave
• 1 large refrigerator
•  1 large freezer 
• 1 wine cooler
• 1 XL dishwasher
• Coffee machine with permanent coffee filter and 2 Nespresso machines with capsules
• Toaster, kettle and juicer
• All kitchen utensils are available
• Plates, coffee cups, glasses and cutlery

Villa Blue Garden B&B is suitable from 2 people, the number of rooms is made available according to the number of people, with a maximum number of 18 people over 6 bedrooms, 1 room for 4 people, 2 family rooms and 3 rooms for 2 people. The Master Bedroom of no less than 52m² has a beautiful open view over the fields and the Raspaille forest! Each room has a box spring (180x200cm) with made beds. The family rooms each have a box spring and a bunk bed. 6 very spacious ensuite bathrooms each with 2 sinks, bath linen, a toilet. 2 bathrooms with duo jacuzzis & light therapy, 1 with walk-in shower, 2 with duo bath and 1 with double walk-in shower.


Outside 

Time to relax! Our seasonal heated outdoor swimming pool is 8m x 4m and 1.50m deep. The sun shines on the pool from morning to evening, so you can enjoy it all day long , a real holiday feeling! After a busy day of visiting, a brisk walk or a long bike ride, it is ideal to take a refreshing dip! But first take a shower! Next to the pool there is an outdoor solar shower with both cold and hot water when the sun is shining. The pool is open all year round but the heated pool is weather dependent, around early/mid May to October. Around the pool there are sun loungers, sun loungers and umbrellas to completely unwind... While the parents enjoy the pool, the children can play on the play tower with playhouse, slide & 2 swings and a built-in trampoline of 4m40.
