1 Thinking time
You can cancel any reservation free of charge within 5 days, calculated from the reservation date. You can make your cancellation known by telephone or e-mail.
In case of cancellation after these 5 days, the cancellation conditions remain in full force.
When booking within 30 days before the start of the rental period, this cooling-off period does not apply and the cancellation conditions as described in Article 2 apply.

2 Cancellation by tenant
Cancellation must be communicated to the owner by telephone or e-mail. Immediately upon receipt of the cancellation, the owner will send a cancellation confirmation by e-mail. Cancellation within 5 days after reservation is free of charge.

In case of cancellation after 5 days, the following cancellation conditions apply:
- In case of cancellation more than 60 days before the start of the rental period
the full advance refunded.
- In case of cancellation between 60 and 15 days before the start of the rental period
50% of the advance refunded.
- In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the start of the rental period, the
advance paid will not be refunded and will therefore be charged in full.

3 Cancellation by the owner
If any circumstance forces the owner to cancel the already rented holiday home, the tenant will be notified immediately and, if possible, an alternative will be offered. If the tenant does not accept this alternative, or if the owner is unable to offer an alternative, he will immediately refund the amount already paid by the tenant. The tenant has no more or other right than to reclaim this amount.
