The cozy detached holiday home in authentic Austrian style is located in the middle of nature at a valley height (500m), making it easily accessible, even when there is snow. The location is fantastic with unobstructed views of the mountains from every room. The house has 2 floors and is entirely at your disposal. So you don't have to take others into account. It can accommodate 1 to 4 people.
The furnishings give you a real 'home feeling'. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer , and a separate toilet in the hall. On the second floor there are two double bedrooms that are connected by a door. These rooms are ideal for families with children .
The house is fully equipped. The beds are already made for you and the towels are ready . You can relax on the large corner sofa in the living room, in the garden, on the cozy terrace or under the carport where you can stay dry even when it rains. The windows are equipped with insect screens and roller shutters, which keep the house nice and cool in warm weather. It is really wonderful to stay in this beautiful place in the Zillertal , surrounded by green meadows and with a view of the Spieljoch . During your stay you have free access to a parking space with carport, WiFi and a ski storage room.
The quietly located holiday home is the ideal starting point for numerous activities in the Zillertal for a holiday for two or with children or friends . In winter you can enjoy skiing in the Spieljoch ski area in Fügen , which is only 7 minutes away by car. In summer, your walk can start from the holiday home and there are many other walking and swimming options within 5 to 10 minutes by car. The Zillertal is ideal for cycling trips . If you don't feel like cooking yourself, Restaurant Almdiele is an excellent choice within walking distance, where you can enjoy a delicious meal to your heart's content. Highly recommended!
Around the house there is free passage to the road via the carport and the stairs to the terrace and garden. This means that it is not advisable to let (small) children play outside without supervision.

Summer 2024
Directly from your accommodation you can walk onto the Naturerlebnisweg in Hart in summer, which leads to the Schleierwasserfall, where children can play in the Haselbach. Or be enchanted by the Spieljoch hiking area, a 7-minute drive away, and discover the many hiking trails from the mountain station of the Spieljochbahn. Whatever the weather, you can always have fun in the large Erlebnistherme Zillertal swimming pool in Fügen, which with its play pool, water slides and large wellness area guarantees fun and relaxation for children and adults. On hot holiday days you can cool down within 10 minutes by car in the Schlitterer See, where you can swim and enjoy the sun on the grass.
Winter 2023/2024
In winter you can enjoy the fascinating winter world of the Fügen-Kaltenbach holiday region. Experience wonderful days on skis in the cozy renovated Spieljoch ski area, which you can reach in 7 minutes by car. From December 2017, this ski area has new lifts and a new valley and mountain station with several restaurants including a pizzeria. The ski area has all the technical facilities to make it a snow-sure area. The shuttle to the Hochfügen-Hochzillertal ski area and to the other ski areas can also be reached in about 7 minutes. The Kaltenbach, Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen ski areas can be reached in 15 to 25 minutes by car.
