Environment
The apartment is a small river, which trout swim. Children (and fathers) can build dams.
The valley where the house is, is sandwiched between Der Wilden Kaiser (high steep mountain) and the ski area. Through the valley, the road towards St Johann (5 km) and Kitzbühel (approx. 15 km). The area is really beautiful in all seasons paradise. In spring there are beautiful mountain walks to the snow on Der Wilden Kaiser. In the autumn it is also beautiful. The winter and summer season probably needs no explanation.

There are several tours for mountain bikes off in the immediate vicinity.
 
Going from his many excursions in the area. The Grossklockner and Krimmler are nearby. There are beautiful mountain walks on bridges that are attached to the slopes (called Klammen).

Wave
The golf course in Ellmau is well positioned on the foot of the Wilder Kaiser mountain three kilometers from the apartment.

For children
Ellmau is a beautiful pool, indoor and outdoor. There are several water slides and diving boards.
Going in there is a Badesee. This is a natural lake in the mountains. There are water slides, water playground and a volleyball court.

Nature
Going from dozens of hiking trails can be followed, where you can make it as heavy as you want.

The Wildschönau is the paragliding paradise of Tyrol. Come and enjoy ... if you dare yourself to venture a tandem or solo jump?
The delicious Salvenaland Hopfgarten. Enjoy the great swimming, boating, and play more, the lawn, the swimming pool (with children's pool), the large play area with mini-golf course and restaurant. Pool and more are open in nice weather. The playground and restaurant always in the summer.

The little train runs all day by the Wildschönau and takes you from village to village.
Along the trails on the Schatzberg behind our house you can, except in the cozy Stubes also relax or have a picnic on the freely accessible seating.
The lovely, oldest town in Tyrol, Rattenberg. Enjoy all the beautiful glassware, the terraces and the atmosphere. In good weather you find yourself really in Italy.

Silberbergwerk (silver mine) in Schwatz. Go deep into the mountains with a tiny train through the dark corridors and experience what it was when there was still looking for silver
Well if you're in Schwaz row than just to the adjacent village of Pill-Vomperbach visit and that the 'Haus steht Kopf' or the 'on-his-head-house. " Everything is upside down: come in the attic and walk so the whole house upside down by .... a true experience
