Summer: Free, unlimited lift passes for Gerlos and Königsleiten included! These lifts lead to panoramic views, family-friendly hikes, and fun adventure playgrounds on the mountain. Start hiking or cycling tours right outside the front door. Hiking trails for every level - from family-friendly routes with prams to tours for experienced mountain hikers. Nearby you can refresh yourself in the Durlaßboden reservoir (5 minutes by car) or visit local swimming pools (20 minutes by car). My co-host, Eliska, has young children of her own, and her husband is a local mountain bike guide – both of whom are happy to give you insider tips and help plan your excursions.
Winter: Only a 4-minute walk (250 m) to the ski bus stop, from there you can reach the Isskogelbahn in one minute - your access to the extensive Zillertal Arena ski area. In good snow conditions, experienced skiers can ski down almost to the front door. A cross-country ski trail is just a 5-minute walk away. There are also various winter hiking trails with a magnificent mountain backdrop.
The house is located in a quiet location, just a 5-minute walk from shops, restaurants, après-ski and a supermarket. A perfect accommodation for outdoor lovers and families – all year round!
