We offer a lot of equipment for travelers with children! The house is located in a quiet area near the forest, just a 10-minute walk from the village center. Ideal for hiking and cycling. Lake Achensee is only a 20-minute drive away.

There are 6 bedrooms in the house (5 doubles and the family room, which consists of 2 bedrooms).

We like to sit, chat, and drink, but we don't like partying and ask our guests to respect the night and let our neighbors sleep. So if you want to celebrate, please don't book a house in my profile.
The house is our home, we like it and we like our neighbors too. For this reason, no party groups are welcome. Please respect it and if you want to celebrate, please do not book our house, thank you.
Since our neighbors have children, we always ask our guests to respect the night in front of the house from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
This is a non-smoking house - smoking is only allowed outside and not inside the house.
Dogs are allowed ONLY if AGREED IN ADVANCE! Please let us know in advance if you would like to take your dog with you. We have rules that we ask you to follow in advance. We take a deposit of 200 euros for the dog - so that he/she does not sleep in bed or on the sofa, otherwise you will not get the deposit back.
