The sitting / sofa bed was renewed in 2014 and can easily be folded out into a comfortable 2-person bed (150 cm x 200 cm). There is also a (new) sitting / sleeping armchair (1-person) present, easily foldable.
Haus Sonnenalp in Niederau, a modern, small-scale apartment building, within walking distance of the gondola! Ample parking, front and (limited) behind the building.
New Smart TV (2017) + new DVD player. A second fridge for extra cooling, especially useful in the summer. Look through the kitchen. NEW: hood, oven (with microwave above), ceramic hob (4-burner). Right next to the kitchen modernized toilet / shower room and bedroom.
Balcony, with new sofa and table with 2 single seats. Beautiful view over the mountain landscape.
Lovely 2 person (parent) bedroom, with bedside tables and wall cabinets for clothes etc. (Bed linen is available)
Kitchen with ample cupboard and sink, sink with sink. Extensive set of kitchen utensils etc. The built-in refrigerator has a small freezer compartment. 2nd refrigerator available. Microwave and Senseo coffeemaker. Recent hood built-in, a (loose) oven and a built-in ceramic (4-burner) hob!

Auenweg, formerly Panorama hiking trail, directly from the apartment.
The Kundler Klamm. Walking distance of about 2-3 hours (back and forth) in a beautiful area! Accessible from Wildschönau via Mühltal or by car by car to Kundl via Wörgl.
SalvenaLand, a 15-minute drive by car. Delightful cooling water, playground, sunbathing area, etc. For young and old!
Walking / cycling distance beautiful beautiful clean swimming pool for young and old: sunbathing area, play equipment, multiple baths, beach volleyball, terrace etc.
In 2014, there were several such playgrounds in Niederau and the other villages by the municipality. This playground is located along the hiking trail, near the apartment.
