It has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, one modern bathroom, a new, fully equipped kitchen with various built-in appliances and with a cozy dining table with corner sofa, a nice living room with spacious, comfortable corner sofa, a balcony with a small sitting area, a spacious hall and a separate toilet. The house is suitable for 6 people.

* (Ski) bus stops in front of the door.
* Ski area of Obertauern (100km of slopes) is only a 10-minute drive away.
* Also various other ski areas at a maximum of 20-30 minutes drive, so that a different tour is possible every day.
* Nearest supermarket in Radstadt is 8 minutes drive.
