FACILITATION per apartment (85 m ²⁾ :
Present: 3 x bedroom (2 x double bedroom + 2 bunk beds (= 4) + 1 x luxury bedroom with separate mattress), kitchen with separate oven and separate microwave!, washing machine, ceramic hob, coffee maker. and kettle. Bathroom with bath, shower and 2x sink, toilet. Separate 2nd toilet. 1 bedroom also has its own shower + sink! With underfloor heating and Iheaters (infrared), the stay feels very pleasant.

Each apartment has 2 private parking spaces in front of the door.

Additional costs: bed-bathl. €6.00 (beds made on arrival!) pp, tourist tax (from 15 years) €1.70 pppn, final cleaning €100.00 per person. App.

We, 2 comrades, bought the former bistro / bar 'Centrale' in 2014 in an apartment house at the foot of the Aineck in St.Margarethen and convert it into two apartments, Aineckblick TOP14 and TOP 15. Fully equipped and nicely decorated . We want to share that great feeling with our guests. The location and view are superb; at the foot of the slopes (skiing up to 50 m from the door) and in the summer months enjoy the walking routes and many activities in the area.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Payment: 30% deposit upon reservation. The reservation is only final after receipt of the down payment. 70% no later than 6 weeks before the first rental date. Costs on site*: tourist tax (€ 2.35 pppn-older than 15 years), cleaning costs (€ 140 per apartment) and towel rental (2 pp) and bed linen € 12.50 pppweek, extra change of towels/kitchen towels € 5 per change. Please pay cash to the hostess upon arrival.
