The luxurious design Deer & Dear Chalet is beautifully situated on the edge of the picturesque village of Piesendorf, only 3 kilometers away from Kaprun and 9 kilometers from Zell am See.

From the terrace, gardens and balconies you have a magnificent view over the surrounding mountains and valley. Just 100 meters away from the Deer & Dear Chalet is Piesedorf's public outdoor pool, a perfect place to cool off on a hot summer day.

The Chalet consists of two apartments that can be rented separately or together. If you want to rent the whole chalet, you can open the door in the living room to connect the apartments.

Each apartment can accommodate 8 people, with three large bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room.

In the basement of the Deer & Dear Chalet you have a beautiful sauna, which is shared by both apartments.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Once you have made the reservation and received our confirmation email, you have 48 hours to transfer the 30% deposit. 6 weeks before arrival we ask you to transfer the remaining payment.
If your arrival date is within 6 weeks of the booking date, you must transfer 100% of the amount.
You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival; We will then refund the payment(s), minus 27 euros bank fees.
Payments are made through our site: we will send you an email with the details.
The prices include final cleaning, tourist tax, service costs, bed linen, bath towels, etc.
