Haus Heijnen is a modern and comfortable apartment in the charming Neukirchen am Großvenediger and suitable for 8 to 10 people. The apartment has a spacious living room with sofa bed and a large, sunny south-facing balcony with a breathtaking view of the Großvenediger.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a fridge and freezer. The modern bathroom has a shower, washbasin and an extra toilet. One bedroom has a separate shower in the room. Two bedrooms have comfortable double beds and a linen closet. The third bedroom has two bunk beds.
Perfect location
The cosy centre of Neukirchen can be reached in just a few minutes by car. In good weather, you can walk to the village in about 20 minutes via a beautiful forest route. In the immediate vicinity you will find a restaurant, tanning salon and a supermarket just a two-minute drive away. Public transport also stops almost in front of the door.
Active enjoyment in summer and winter
The surroundings of Neukirchen offer plenty of opportunities for an active holiday. In the summer you can walk, cycle, swim, play golf, paraglide and enjoy one of the many sunny terraces. Absolute highlights are the impressive Krimmler Wasserfälle and the Weißsee Gletscherwelt in Uttendorf.
In winter, you can enjoy skiing, cross-country skiing and tobogganing on the longest illuminated toboggan run in the world (14 km). After a sporty day, you can enjoy a delicious dinner in one of the cosy restaurants or enjoy après-ski in Neukirchen.

In winter, you can use the Zillertal Arena Super Ski Pass, which gives you access to ski buses, the Wildkogel Arena and all lifts in the Zillertal Arena. In good weather you can reach Gerlos in about 30 minutes and the ski bus will take you to Königsleiten in just 15 minutes.
In summer, your stay includes the Nationalpark Sommercard, which allows you to use public transport, lifts, swimming pools and museums for free. New for the winter is the Nationalpark Wintercard, with which you can experience all kinds of activities for free or at a discount.
