  • Once you have made the reservation and received our confirmation email, you have 48 hours to transfer the 30% deposit. 6 weeks before arrival we ask you to transfer the remaining payment. 
  • If your arrival date is within 6 weeks of the booking date, you must transfer 100% of the amount.
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival; We will then refund the payment(s), minus 27 euros bank fees.
  • Payments are made through our site: we will send you an email with the details.
  • The prices include final cleaning, tourist tax, service costs, bed linen, bath towels, etc.
