Additional costs for cleaning and tourist tax
If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail
to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of
written cancellation by the tenant:
- cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
- Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
- Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
- cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
The cancellation costs will be deducted from the (possibly) refundable rental amount already paid incl. deposit.
The house must be left "tidy" on the day of departure at 10:00 in the morning in the same condition as it was occupied on arrival. The house can be entered at 15:00 on the day of arrival. The key transfer takes place in consultation.
If the tenant has caused damage to the house or its contents, the repair or replacement costs will be deducted from the deposit paid. If the damage is higher than the deposit paid, the tenant will be held liable by the landlord for the remaining amount and must pay immediately after liability.
