Whether you come for a relaxing holiday, a sporting adventure or just to discover the beautiful nature of Carinthia, our apartments offer you the ideal base. With modern amenities and a warm atmosphere, we'll make sure your stay with us has everything you need for an unforgettable time. When coming up with the names for our apartments, we were inspired by the beautiful nature and the versatile activities that Carinthia has to offer. Each apartment bears the name of a typical feature or beloved pastime of ours from this Austrian region – from serene mountain landscapes and shimmering lakes to adventurous mountain sports and local traditions or delicacies. In this way, the names not only reflect the atmosphere of the area, but also the unique experience we want to give our guests.

We are the de Bruijne family and have been living in Austria since 2025! Here we can combine the rental of our apartments and the outdoors with horses. Together with our children, dog and horses, we would like to offer our guests comfortable and spacious apartments in a beautiful and quiet environment, where there is a lot to do in the immediate vicinity. We can also accommodate large groups (25 people). We are happy to give our guests tips for a fun and active holiday!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Whether you come for the sound of roaring engines, the unique atmosphere, the custom bikes, live music or the impressive parade, this week is an absolute must for every motorcycle enthusiast.
