Our beautiful house, surrounded by a well-kept, fenced garden, is located near the center of Mallnitz in a quiet, sunny location.

In our beautiful fenced garden you can enjoy the mountain sun! There is also the possibility to barbecue.

Naturally, our guests will find the parking spaces at home, the use of our heated ski room with ski and hiking shoe dryer / heater, the sauna room with bio sauna; infrared cabin
and massage shower, garden furniture, deck chairs, hammocks and barbecue
for free and a washer-dryer including detergent against
reimbursement available.

In the evening there is the possibility to sit comfortably together by the fire.

Four-room apartment for 6 to 7 people:
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower / vanity unit 2 separate toilets,
living room with sitting area, dining area, kitchen with dishwasher,
flat screen TV with DVD / CD player, HDMI, USB, PC input, internet (WiFi) , 2 lockers and balcony.

For the little ones, two children's beds and two children's chairs are available.

Your four-legged darlings are also very welcome, can live with us for free and day care is possible!

We also have bread service, fresh bread rolls are delivered every morning!

To welcome you Bernice and Martin Horsten! "Follow your heart and follow your dreams" That's what we did and why we live since October 2008 in Mallnitz, an idyllic mountain village at 1,200 meters above sea level in the heart of Hohe Tauern National Park. The beautiful scenery, the lakes, the rest let us come to this village. Our house and the apartments we have decorated with care and we hope that you all will enjoy with us. We therefore look forward to your visit!
