The holiday home is fully equipped and is located on the edge of a real Austrian village. The house has a large kitchen, large dining room, and a cozy living/sitting room. There are also 3 bedrooms with a private bathroom with toilet for each bedroom. There are two TVs with Dutch channels, WIFI and internet. The whole is heated with infrared heating elements. There is a pallet stove for extra heating.
A partly covered balcony (20m) makes it extra nice to enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. The outdoor storage room is equipped with extra sun loungers to use in the very spacious garden with an all-round view of the mountains and the valley.
A small ski slope with a drag lift for beginners is located next to the house, in summer it is a meadow. The ski bus for Heiligenblut stops opposite the house. Around the house there is plenty of space to sunbathe and enjoy the beautiful view. There is plenty of space for children to play. The house comes with 2 parking spaces.
The town of Lienz has a beautiful golf course and is 26 KM away and Heiligenblut 8 KM by car. There are good bus connections to neighboring villages.
