Living room with tree trunk dining table. The house is furnished in the Chalet style. Beautiful beams on the ceiling, also on the 1st and 2nd floor, give them extra atmosphere.
Unobstructed view from the balcony on the mountains of the Drielandenpunt. The house is south facing, so maximum sun. On the veranda it is nice to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. If it gets too hot, the veranda also offers shelter from the sun.
Spacious sitting area. The bench offers enough space to sit around the wood stove with the whole family.
Kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher and oven.
This is how you see our house when you arrive. Swinging and rope climbing. A large shed where skis can be stored and where the garden chairs and barbeque are.
View from the terrace on the garden. Enjoy the trampoline, play football, badminton or relax in the sun. At the back of the garden is a forest hut. This can be reached via a gangway over the stream. You can build nice dams in the stream!

Nice sunbeds in the large garden that faces south. There is always a place where there is no sun or use the parasol.

The large garden ends in a mountain stream. There it is nice to play for the children and cool off.
Forest hut in the backyard near a stream. In the stream you can build super nice dams and of course cool off when it is very hot.
If you go up with the lift, you can see the Dobratsch on the other side of the valley from the Three Country Point. This is the breathtaking view

Several lakes are within a fifteen minute drive from the house. This lake is the Faaker See. In the summer this has a pleasant temperature.

Tarvisio is a nice mountain village in Italy, a 15-minute drive away
Worthersee is also worth a visit. In summer it is more hot to swim
Skiing in nearby Nassfeld. More than 100 km of slopes.
From Seltschach a walking path leads to Arnoldstein. On the way you will encounter this beautiful monastery.
This beautiful lake Lago di Fusini is just over the border in Italy. A nice walking tour that leads to a second lake
Dreilandereckhutte. Open in both summer and winter. You can eat or drink here

The route is easy: Munich, Salzburg, Villach, Udine (Italy), last exit before the border: exit Arnoldstein, follow Bergbahnen DreiLänderEck. Just before the large parking lot of the ski lift, left the private road down to the last block. Distance from exit: 3km.

The balcony on the south side of the house. There is an electric BBQ and a grill table. You can fold out the dining table. On the other part of the balcony there are also 2 chairs.
The balcony on the bedroom side, there is the sun first in the morning, but from 12 o'clock a cool shady spot with often a nice fresh breeze.

During a walk just past us the village to which our Ortschaft Lansach belongs: Weissenstein.

With Buddy we walked up towards the village above us: There are: Fresach/Tragenwinkel/Mooswald
From Mooswald, a village higher up the mountain, you can go to Ginger Hütte. One of our favorite places.
On top of the Goldeck, diagonally on the other side of our valley. Here you can take the elevator up and enjoy a walk.

If you drive up the mountain towards Fresach, you can hike up the Mirnock towards the Gipfel. This is one of the views you can encounter.
