The Waldvilla is beautifully located on the mountain at the end of the Talkbrunnenweg in Bad Kleinkirchheim and offers 4 beautifully renovated apartments.

It concerns the entire holiday home, consisting of 4 apartments.

From the Waldvilla you have a panoramic view of the village as far as St. Oswald.

All accommodations have a large private terrace and/or balcony, free WIFI and it is located within walking distance of the center and near the ski slope.

We hope that our guests can enjoy the beautiful surroundings and all the sights that Bad Kleinkirchheim and Carinthia has to offer.

Hello and nice that you found us! We are Jan and Mariska, and we are proud to invite you to our Waldvilla in beautiful Bad Kleinkirchheim, in the middle of the Austrian Alps. What once started as our dream, has now become a wonderful place where you can fully enjoy peace, nature and cosiness.

Whether you come for the snow, the mountains, the thermal baths or just to catch your breath. Our apartments are comfortable and fully equipped!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

  • When booking, you pay 30% of the total booking costs, which are also the cancellation costs.
  • You will pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days of arrival. If you do not show up, you will have to pay the full price of the reservation.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in from 15:00 hours to 24:00 hours.
  • Check-out until 10:00 am.

If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage with us in advance.

Payments

  • Your invoice must be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival, you will receive a payment request for this. 
  • If you book 4 weeks or less before arrival, the entire invoice must be paid including the deposit.
  • Final Cleaning - Total €316.00
  • Tourist tax - €2.60 per person per night from 18 years old.
  • Security deposit - We charge a total security deposit. This amounts to €600.00 and will be charged immediately on your invoice when you make your booking. You will receive this back on your bank account after check-out and inspection of the apartment within 10 days at the latest.
  • Wifi - Wifi is free in De Walvilla
  • Towels - You will receive a towel package and a package for the kitchen for cleaning and tea towels.
  • Coffee machine - All apartments have a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
  • Parking - Parking at the Waldvilla is on site and free. Each apartment has its own parking space which corresponds to the number of an apartment. A total of 4 parking spaces.

General

  • If there is anything you can contact us at any time.
  • When booking in the Waldvilla, you agree to all the terms and conditions.

We are not liable for system errors at third party providers that may cause delays in the processing of a booking. If this leads to a double booking, the booking that was made first is valid, despite the fact that the booking has been confirmed by us. Of course we will look for a solution and offer another apartment or another time slot.
