We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa. The location is perfect. Opposite the pool and a 5 minute walk to the beautiful beach of Blue Bay. We arrived in the evening and were picked up immediately and the manager had already done the first shopping for us. Super nice. The veranda of the house is fully equipped and nice and large. Our 2 grandsons aged 3 and 4 also had plenty of space to play. The communication with the owners goes very smoothly via Whatsapp and they think along with you, such as for placing an extra bed. We had also rented the car which was perfect for our family of 8 people. We absolutely recommend this villa if you want to enjoy a carefree wonderful holiday. We had the desire to take a look in Curacao for a long time and ended up in the villa of Fam Den Ouden this year. And we can only say AMAZING!!!
The villa is very conveniently located, nice and high, so you still have a little bit of wind. A super view and he was fully equipped.
We were very surprised that after a week there was suddenly a cleaning lady at the door who made sure that we could continue to enjoy our holiday in a lazy way.
Within walking distance is the nice beach where at least you don't have to reserve a sunbed with your towel.
We had a great holiday here!!
The very good contact with Henriëtte has contributed to the fact that we will definitely go back here again.
We are no strangers to traveling, but booking a house + flight separately is, but she helped us perfectly with that. There is a manager on site where you can also ask everything about outings, restaurants or whatever you want to know.
In short.... We will definitely come back here again and can heartily recommend this villa for a super relaxed holiday. Ayo

We have been coming to Curacao for years and always to bluebay. This villa is highly recommended. Everything is there and the location is perfect. The villa is centrally located on the island and 100m walking distance from the most beautiful bay of Curacao with beach. You also look out over the sea when you sit on the large veranda. In short, highly recommended and we will definitely come back again.

Highly recommended!! We had a fantastic stay at Ocean View 20. The location of the house is perfect, both the pool and the beach within walking distance. There was a delicious welcome package waiting for us with cold drinks; It's great to be able to go after such a long journey! We could immediately enjoy the view on the outdoor terrace. Ideal that we could also rent a car through the owners. We made a lot of use of this to explore the island. The contact with the landlords prior to the trip was also very nice. We hadn't been to Curacao before but they could tell us exactly the must-visits (restaurants, activities, beaches etc). So much luxury for this price, we have never experienced that before!
Tip: the house has several bedrooms, so it's also a good place to go with a larger group or with children.

We will definitely be back! Thank you for taking such good care.

In short: all the necessities for a super holiday at your fingertips.

Stayed for over a week and definitely enjoyed it. Things that have been experienced as very positive:

Stayed for over a week and definitely enjoyed it. Things that have been experienced as very positive:

- Personal reception with good explanation + a welcome package: Which came in handy because we arrived around the drinks time and we were already provided with cold drinks and some pretzels.

- Spacious car for our days at a good rate compared to big parties like hertz etc.

- Good location near the beach. Also less than 10 seconds from the pool, which was especially nice to wake up to in the morning.

- Plenty of space, we were surprised that we could rent such a luxurious, large villa for such a rate, in the middle of the summer months.

What we did run into was the following:

- The car does need some explanation about locking and other things that we were not told in the first place. As a result, we had some problems during our second day. In the end, this was solved by a call to the manager after a Whatsapp conversation with the owners.

In general, we enjoyed it immensely and we were very well received by Kees & Henriëtte.

Had a wonderful week in this Villa. The Villa is located very high with a wide view, so we were surprised that we could sit in this villa for the price of a hotel room, and very close to the beach too! Facilities in the house are fine for what you need (basics in the kitchen, only the iron etc a bit outdated but present), the beds good and the hygiene is just fine. Personal welcome and good contact gave us a familiar feeling during and beforehand. It's nice that all parties involved can be reached on Whatsapp. Asked questions several times during the week and received an answer almost immediately, thank you for that.

Next time we definitely want to book here again, but maybe with a car. Point of improvement is to indicate that you actually really need a car on Curaçao when you are at the location of this villa.
