We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, especially in the evening. Because of the heat wave 38 degrees, the apartment became very hot inside and outside on the balcony without a drop-down screen and air conditioning, but this turned out to be exceptional weather. We missed a swimming pool but had our place in the shade by the lake

Fantastic apartment with a great view! The alley to the house is narrow but doable. Many nice places on the lake, nice to visit by boat from Gravedona. We definitely want to come back!

Really enjoyed this house, in a prime location! The house is modernly furnished with everything you need and more. From the balcony you have a beautiful view over Gravedona, the nearby villages and of course the lake. Highly recommended! Marianne is a very friendly landlord and was able to give us many great tips about the walking routes.

Had a very nice week with my mother, had a delicious meal at the restaurants lower in the village.
And enjoyed the surroundings while hiking and mountain biking.

Good house with a beautiful view. The accessibility of the village is a bit difficult on foot (in the evening in the dark), but doable by car.
