We give all 8 points a big 8 (with the exception of the child-friendliness) >>Went very well, but we knew that there were no children's facilities yet. The area is fine for children.
We had 2 fantastic weeks from 10 to 24 August in this beautiful house.
Not a day without sun, always above 30 degrees, no rain, in short, fantastic summer weather.
With 4 kids of 13,11,9, and almost 2 this was very doable, very spacious house but we lived a lot outside.
The last part of the sand/bumpy road is a bit difficult, but the route was very clear and of course we thought it had something to it, in the middle of nature.
Regularly saw the flock of sheep, so nice.
Everything is there, clean and a lot of freedom.
We did have problems with 'kind of flies', but who didn't last summer.
Done a lot this holiday, Orvieto, Rome, 15 min at a fantastic lake and much more.
The contact for our holiday went very well and nicely with the owners.
Even a bottle of wine with a letter was ready.
In short, for us it was really a holiday, enjoyment, sun, culture, swimming>>A big 9!

This autumn, some trees will be cut down to improve the view and a beautiful outdoor shower will be built.
Hopefully we'll talk to each other for next time.
