Ideal for those looking for peace and quiet and nature lovers, absolute privacy, very well maintained house and pool, exceptionally courteous and friendly host. The panoramic views from the terrace at sunrise and sunset will remain in your memory for a long time.

This was one of the nicest holiday homes we have had. It was intense enjoyment of all the facilities in the house. The pictures certainly show the reality. We felt at home from minute 1. The owner is very friendly and responds very quickly. We were able to solve some problems quickly together. It is a perfect place to also do trips to such as Minerva, Carsassonne, Beziers, Beach, and many more. I recommend this holiday home.

Positive points:
• Complete privacy
• large swimming pool
• Great enjoyment in the jacuzzi, even at night with lights.
• Two well-kept bathrooms, such a relief that the children had their own bathroom.
• Quick responding and very friendly owner.
• large garden
• Dutch TV channels available
• Private parking space
• The house looks well kept.

Less positives:
• the location of the swimming pool. From the house you have no supervision. A short walk down.
• No beach towels and towels. You have to bring your own.
• At least a three-quarters of an hour drive to the beach. Valras-Plage is highly recommended. Usually nice and quiet.

Definitely a gem in Languedoc. More than amply equipped with all facilities. We have been coming here for several years. Highly recommended!

Enjoyed this lovely house for 3 weeks last July. Beautiful pool, modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning in all rooms. Several beautiful terraces. The house can be a bit more difficult for people who have difficulty walking. There are many steps outside in the garden. We will definitely come back!
