When I reached the age of 60 a few years ago, I transferred my business to my son. Because I found myself much too young to do nothing more, I was looking for a new challenge. I found this by buying an apartment complex and renovating it. Now that they are ready, we have leased a couple of them and one for vacation rentals. We ourselves enjoy the many activities Winterberg offers and the beautiful nature of the Sauerland.

Lovely apartment and within walking distance of everything you need. Lovely beds and space in the apartment. Very nice contact before, during and after our stay with the landlord. We will definitely be back!
