We were both born and raised in Portugal. The undersigned, Fernando, grew up in Mangualde. In 1977 I came to the Netherlands. The love for Portugal, especially in the middle of Portugal, has only increased since then. I studied at the UvA in the Netherlands and am currently working for the municipality of Almere. Annabel came to the Netherlands in 1975. She is originally from the high north of Portugal. We met in the Netherlands and got married in 2008. Our dream is to definitely return to Portugal within a few years. For this we want to renovate more houses in the vicinity of Mangualde, with our preference for large, stately buildings. We do this not only for ourselves, but also for the city and surroundings. We believe that Mangualde has a lot of potential, especially because of the central location of the city in Portugal.
