Great apartment, location in relation to the sun in December not really good, only 2nd half of the afternoon the sun comes on the terrace.

For small children there is no play possibility, e.g. swing.
For the rest, a nice quiet location, a beautiful swimming pool, and good location in relation to beaches, shops and amusement parks.
