Beautiful house, Michiel the owner is friendly and helpful if needed should be. Spanish layout, everything is in good condition, beds were nice, equipped with everything. The location is not far from the shops and the beach, only a slope to the house can be experienced as strenuous, parking what near the house was sometimes a bit more difficult, furthermore, the seating outside was wonderful and we spent 4 days pleasantly. Highly recommended. Rincon de la Victoria is a fairly busy seaside resort but cozy and good food everywhere. All in all, no regrets about our choice for this house.

The house is within walking distance of the beach and shops, and has a lovely green garden including a lemon tree. The neighborhood swimming pool is also nice and quiet and pleasant. From the airport you can reach the house in less than 25 minutes.

The Dutch landlord has lived in the place for a long time and is very helpful with all your questions and a real host. Thanks Michiel!

Fully furnished, washing machine, dishwasher, etc. We could go to Michiel with all questions about the area, bus/car routes, museums, etc. Spent a very nice 10 days, great!!

We stayed in Samarkanda for 3 weeks and we liked it very much. 5 minutes walk down and you are on the beach with the beautiful promenade. 14 Km you walk along the coast to the center of Malaga. And with the good bus connection, you can get back without any difficulty. The house has 3 floors but you get used to the stairs quickly. Other than that, there is everything you need. We made a lot of use of the bay window near the living room where you could enjoy the sunset in the evening.
