With regard to the hygiene / cleaning costs, there has been contact with the landlord. The landlady then contacted the cleaning crew.
By the way, the cleaning costs are on the high side for the actual space you occupy.

With regard to the tourist tax, the following: for some rentals it is mandatory and for others it is optional. Is confusing.
But to be clear, we had a great time and worth repeating.
