Great beautiful flowery place!! Quiet, pure nature and beautiful sunsets. Lots of seating areas and a lovely spacious swimming pool. Cozy furnished house, well-equipped kitchen, and, very nice, mosquito nets everywhere on the windows. And not entirely unimportant; very hospitably received by Vera and Leo. Good base to visit beautiful places. Recommended

What a beautiful place the hostess and hostess have created in beautiful Umbria. An attractively furnished apartment with all conveniences. The garden and pool are beautiful. Vera and Leo are fantastic, helpful hosts with whom we felt very welcome, partly because of the delicious, cozy welcome meal! Be sure to bring mosquito repellent.

Very nice welcome by owners Vera and Leo. Hospitality and helpfulness all around. Beautifully centrally located in Umbria, perfect for visiting various cities, but also for walks and bike rides.

The cottage has everything you could possibly need, is spotless and cozy. Perugia is not far. There is a nice pool at the cottage.

Very nicely located place, view is really fantastic! Swimming in the hills of Umbria, enjoy. Apartment is comfortable and spacious. Owners very welcoming and friendly and even did a nice dinner the first night together. Very nice that there is a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher. Nice mosquito nets everywhere, so open windows and air out... We had a heat wave so we did miss an air conditioner. But with the fan and everything open, we kept going.
Lots of mosquitoes outside so mosquito repellent and lights etc with you.

We rented the studio and the apartment at the same time. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated. We could easily eat and play games with six people. At the top of the stairs to the apartment was a cozy place to sit...

We rented the studio and the apartment at the same time. The apartment is spacious and very nicely decorated. We could easily eat and play games with six people. At the top of the stairs to the apartment was a cozy place to sit with two or three people. Adjacent to the apartment is a cozy terrace. We (so a total of 6 people) made a lot of use of the pool. Especially considering the warm weather, that was a real plus. The landlords are very dedicated and willing to help you with all kinds of questions. The welcome meal was very tasty and above all cozy.

There is nothing wrong with the facilities in and around the house. Everything is there. Only the location is such that you have to pay for absolutely everything. 10 min by car. Also the hygiene of the house was less than what...

There is nothing wrong with the facilities in and around the house. Everything is there. Only the location is such that you have to pay for absolutely everything. 10 min by car. Also the hygiene of the house was less than what we expected (layers of dust on bookshelf etc.). The biggest problem are the mosquitoes: you are really attacked by the mosquitoes outside in the evening. And there are no mosquito nets in the house, so you are actually always in the house in the evening with windows closed. The communication during and after leaving the stay was also "rather difficult" to say the least.
