The house is neat and equipped with everything. It is centrally located to visit beautiful places; both in Austria and in Italy or Slovenia. All doable. We enjoyed our holiday here in 2023. A big 10!

What a complete house. Even a washing machine available. Great for an active holiday or to switch off on our own with the family and relax. Very neat, nice extra beds and a lovely stove for the winter.

Private slope to learn it wonderfully next door and a wonderfully large area (nassfeld) nearby to enjoy days.

Fully equipped, a lovely spacious garden and the swimming pool is a wonderful solution in warm weather! The house is always nice and cool. The host always responds very quickly to questions, very pleasant. And the administrator for the key etc is also very nice.

Thanks to the good care of the landlord, we were able to enjoy his beautiful holiday home a year later than planned. Everything is there to experience a fantastic holiday and we had it!

What a great holiday this was. A lovely house with all the trimmings. With a very luxurious large garden. We enjoyed it very much. You walk around the corner from the house and take the elevator to the border triangle. And about half an hour's drive and you're in Slovenia or Italy. We enjoyed the beautiful nature. We had very nice weather, but even in winter you are right on the ski slope. So that's more than perfect! We will definitely come back here and definitely recommend this holiday home.

Fantastic holiday home. Everything has been thought of. There was even a playpen mat for our youngest. And the garden is a paradise with children. We would love to come back again.

Super accomodation. Fully equipped, luxury kitchen, 2(!) Bathrooms with both a bath and shower, if necessary there is also a washing machine and for the atmosphere a wood stove. There is room for a large family or, as in our case, with several friends for a long weekend of snowboarding.
Location is a good base to visit various ski resorts in the area, such as Nassfeld, Katschberg, Obertauern or Bad-Kleinkirchem.
