The apartment met our expectations, which were high. Fantastic location, very complete, beautiful view, everything super clean and very comfortable beds. Upon arrival, Heinz-Jurgen was already waiting for us (of course after telephone consultation). How nice that we were allowed to use everything. There was even coffee and tea! And the next morning, what a view! Everything was clean and ready to use. Terrific.

We made a lot of trips; Mainau Island, Freilichtmuseum, Dorotheenhütte (glassworks), Triberg waterfall, Titisee, a fantastic hike in Schonach, Burg Hohenzollern, actually there was too little time. We also regularly used the swimming pool and sauna in the apartment complex.

It was an unforgettable holiday! We will definitely recommend this accommodation. Thank you for being so generous with opening up your apartment, it was really GREAT! We definitely hope to come back again!

The apartament really feels like a home, is very clean and all amenities are there. We really enjoyed the area which is ideal for a forest walk and bike tour. We rented two E-bikes through the tourist-info in the village with which we could climb all the mountains very quickly and easily to cycle a very nice tour of the area. We also drove ten minutes by car to the Triberg waterfall where we had a very nice walk. Heinz-Jurgen and Christa are very nice and helpful. We would definitely like to come back again!

The apartment in Schönwald was fine. It is located 100 m from the edge of a forest in a small village of Schönwald, known for its cuckoo clocks. The apartment is quietly located on the attic floor with 2 balconies (beautiful view), equipped with lovely beds and basically everything is present in the apartment. It is also important to mention that the apartment is clean. Communication with the Dutch owners was also fine. Recommended!!

Beautiful apartment, fully equipped! Spacious living room with a lovely sofa to sit in and a large table with 6 chairs. 2 balconies with a beautiful view over the Black Forest. Good beds. The bathrooms are not that big but are equipped with good showers, a sink and toilet. Plenty of towels to use. Downstairs in the complex is a swimming pool, not big but great to refresh in after a walk or outing. The whole apartment, and the pool downstairs, were incredibly clean!! There is no elevator in the complex so for people who have difficulty walking, or the elderly, the 2 stairs, which are very easy to walk, may be a bit difficult. The caretaker and his wife are incredibly friendly and helpful. In short, the apartment is definitely recommended for anyone who wants to enjoy a holiday in the Black Forest.

A beautiful, relaxed, fully furnished apartment in a beautiful setting. Received by a friendly manager who explained everything well. Good and complete information folders in the house. Beautiful region and good food at the recommended restaurant nearby. We had a great week and recommend this apartment wholeheartedly. But beware: if you are a bit older like us: there is no elevator in the building so at least 30 steps to climb to the entrance of the house.

My partner and I rented in the summer. In the morning breakfast in the sun, in the afternoon a glass of wine on the roof terrace in the sun with a beautiful view. Spacious and clean apartment, fully equipped. The area has a lot to offer, walking or making trips by car (or o.v.). Good walking (walking) shoes make the stay more pleasant.
